Delivery, Setup, & Nationwide Shipping Details:
We generally require a minimum purchase of $150 to qualify for free delivery & free
setup within NYC. We may charge a nominal fee for delivery locations in the Tri-State
Area outside of NYC.
We offer shipping service nationwide for destinations outside of the Tri-State Area,
our truck delivery zone. UPS is our preferred carrier for items that meet the maximum
UPS size & weight requirements. For larger items, we use a freight forwarder with
favorable rates. We do not charge a handling fee, and at most, we charge only the cost
of shipping. Based on the particular situation and the value of purchase, we sometimes
even subsidies a portion of the shipping cost. To minimize cost, many items are shipped
in knocked-down (KD) form, and some level of assembly maybe required. We do not offer
assembly service for items shipped via third-party carriers.
